Landlords who don’t wish to have the stress of managing their investment on their own regardless whether you’re overseas or not, we have a Non-resident Landlord (NRL) Scheme that is available and we are happy to pay tax on your behalf. Additionally, we are the Tenant’s point of contact in the UK and include operation of the NRL Scheme as necessary. This extensive service comprises of:
